Kayak Hut
- $30 for 1-Hour tour, paid to Running Wild. 11:30am or 12:30pm
- Come prepared with clothes and shoes you don’t mind getting wet (or bring a change of clothes)
- IMPORTANT: DO NOT drink alcohol prior to kayaking

A few tips for Saturday…
Gates open 10:30am, for 11am start
We reserve the right of entry. No drugs, No intoxicated persons, No aggressive behaviours.
Adult Tickets $25 at gate
(unless you booked online)
Cash or card accepted
Children must be supervised at all times
Accessing Tara on Canaipa
Only 2 pedestrian entrances to Tara will be open. No cars allowed onsite. Please use:
- 6 Ursula Street (limited parking) or
- Jackson Rd Oval (walk to bottom of oval, using the waterfront lawn & head to the white gate)
If you have mobility needs, contact us on Friday (0423 606 384) to arrange alternative access.
Please don’t drink and drive, use:
- Running Wild shuttle service from ferry (gold coin donation)
- Meeting Inter-island ferry at 10:30 & 11:10 and Redland Bay direct at 10:45
- Russell Islands Taxi is available for those on the island 0408 785 555
- Car-share with your mates and have a designated driver.
What to Bring
- Be sun-smart, bring a hat, sunscreen and water (available onsite)
- Picnic hamper and blanket (or food available for sale)
- Limited table and chairs provided, but feel free to bring your own
- Positive attitude
- Change of clothes if you’re kayaking
