A development application has been received by Council for 15 units at 203 Esplanade, Redland Bay. The proposal includes 5 two-bedroom units and 10 three-bedroom units. While this development would increase residential supply in Redlands and may support the commercial activation of the Redland Bay Shopping Village, I do have concerns about the proposed shortfall
